Company Policies

We want our clients to not only be satisfied with our work, but so thrilled that they will happily refer friends and family to our firm as well. With this in mind, here are our firm policies: 

• We will always return phone calls promptly, if possible, the same day or the next business day.
  
• We will always return the client's work at least one day before the due date, so there will not be a last-minute situation that causes undue pressure to the client.
  
• We will communicate with our clients to let them know the status of their work. If for some reason we are not able to meet the date promised, we will promptly advise our clients so they will not feel ignored.
  
• We will always guarantee our work to 100% satisfaction. If a client is not completely satisfied with our services, they do not have to pay our bill.
  
• We will always correct our mistakes. We will make mistakes on occasion. However, if we have caused any additional interest or penalty for our clients, we will pay it for them. We will own up to our mistakes and make good on them when they happen.
  
• We will provide price quotes on all work so clients will not be surprised at their bills.
  
• For individual tax work, we do expect payment upon delivery of the product. This way we are able to keep our accounts receivable to a minimum and don't have to worry about collections that end up costing both our clients and ourselves undo fees.
  
• We will operate our business with the attitude that we are here to serve our clients; they are not here to serve us. We want to provide the best value possible for the money they are paying us for the service.
